Please speak up for Houston's homeless pets. Your voice can make a difference between life and death. If we do not speak up and demand changes, nothing ever will change.

The most important element in becoming a No Kill shelter is a compassionate director who will work hard to stop the killing. BARC does not have this.

Please send a letter to the Mayor and city council and demand life saving changes that have been proven to work in over 50 cities and towns across the US.
